This project provided pump-priming for a series of workshops for researchers in the field of legal education, held in collaboration with the Association of Law Teachers’ Legal Education Research Project (now LERN).
The workshops aimed to:
- help to develop the research skills of existing researchers
- introduce new researchers in legal education to the range of research strategies and techniques
- share research experience
- reinforce the focus for research specific to legal education and extend the LERP network
A paper reporting on the workshops and discussing the way forward, Using empirical methods in legal education, was presented at LILI 2002.
